About This Project
A comprehensive end-to-end hotel management system built for LuxeStay Hotels to modernize their operations. The platform handles everything from online room bookings and check-in/check-out to housekeeping management, revenue optimization, and guest experience personalization — all in one unified system deployed on AWS.
The Challenge
LuxeStay Hotels was managing operations across 5 properties using disconnected legacy systems, spreadsheets, and manual processes. This led to double bookings, poor guest experiences, revenue leakage, and staff inefficiency. They needed a unified digital platform to streamline all hotel operations.
Our Solution
Developed a full-stack hotel management system with Vue.js for the frontend and Laravel for the backend API. MySQL handles the relational data (bookings, rooms, guests) while AWS provides the cloud infrastructure with auto-scaling, S3 for media storage, and SES for email notifications.
